About Meadow
Beautiful Meadow came into care with her purebred Chocolate Point Siamese mummy and her siblings.
Meadow has a similar oriental face and body shape as her mum, with a gorgeous tabby and white coat. She has a love heart on the tip of her nose, and a white blaze on her chest, a pointy Siamese snout and those big ears we see in oriental breeds.
The Siamese family were living rough when Meadow was a small kitten, but even so, she loves to snuggle with her humans! Her favourite place is to cuddle on a lap, a blanket or in her cosy bed.
Meadow would prefer a home with no small children. Children over 5 are fine, as long as they’re calm and patient.
Meadow interacts really well with other cats in the house, cuddling and playing with them. She even shares dinner bowls with her brother despite having her own. She is a vocal kitten who likes to tell you what she wants! But not a yowler, just a soft chatter when she’s excited or hungry.
Meadow loves to play with her brother, Lea, the play mat, climbing frames and scratching posts. She is looking for a home with a caring and understanding family. She’d love a gentle feline friend or to be adopted with her brother, Lea.
Meadow is already desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and lifetime registered with the council. So she’s ready to find her forever family now!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
