About Lea
Beautiful Lea came into care with his purebred Chocolate Point Siamese mummy and her siblings.
Lea has a similar oriental face and body shape as his mum, with a gorgeous black and white coat, a pointy Siamese snout and those big ears we see in oriental breeds.
The Siamese family were living rough when Lea was a small kitten, it even so, Lea is a confident snuggle bug! He is quite happy to be scooped up and carried around the house, or laid back in your arm like a baby.
Lea is a gorgeous boy, with unique markings, he has white socks and the most beautiful brown and pink paw pads. His tuxedo coat means he’ll always be ready for an occasion! 🤵♂️
Lea loves to play with his sister and foster siblings and seems to have endless energy! He thrives on attention, either from humans or feline friends and would love a home where he gets lots of attention and love.
Lea loves to play with toys, the play mat, climbing frames, scratching posts and his sister, Meadow. He is looking for a home with a feline friend or someone who is home a lot for play sessions and cuddles.
Lea is already desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated and lifetime registered with the council. So he’s ready to find his forever family now!

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
