Montecarlo is happiest when he is in a quiet household with predictability. Due to this he is not suitable to live with children (or grandchildren that visit) as he can be snappy with them. He would be best suited with a single owner. Montecarlo also does not like to be patted by people he does not know.

He will need a patient person to allow him to settle into his new house at his own pace. Once Montecarlo knows you & is happy with you, he is happy, friendly & loyal.

Montecarlo loves his daily morning walk, is toilet trained & sleeps all night inside on his bed. He does not like cats. He could live with another small, friendly and similarly sized compatible dog.
