Hi there, I'm Ranger.

I'm an affectionate, even-tempered hound - a very good boy, or so I've been told.
I've been living in a home now for the past few years, so I'm very familiar with pet life. Now, though, through no fault of my own, I'm looking for my next home. Could it be with you? How 'bout it? Could you imagine looking into these soulful eyes each and every day?

I'm one of those amazingly well-adjusted dudes who is equally comfortable around humans and in my own space. It's a win-win, really! Need to go out? That's ok; I'm great with alone time and use it as an opportunity to snooze. Planning an adventure? Awesome! I'm your wingman. Let's go.

I'm friendly and even-tempered, yet I'm happiest in a home without kids, who excite me a bit too much, and without other doggos - they scare me! Basically, it'll just be me and my grown up/s in a nice quiet home in a quiet suburb. Bonus points if you have a yard for me to play in and maybe even have a bit of a dig.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
