About Bruno
Once in a while we are asked to take in a rescue German Shepherd who is well trained and obedient. Bruno is one such boy.
He knows his commands, walks beautifully on a loose lead and has the perfect “stay” and “on your bed” command without a fault.
A young desexed two year old male German Shepherd with striking colouring and in excellent health, we cannot for the life understand why he ended up in a Sydney animal shelter.
Bruno is a smart cookie and would be an excellent companion dog for active singles or a couple who enjoy daily walks.
The “must have requirements are”. …
German Shepherd or large breed experience;
Secure back yard with good fencing;
Inclusion in the family home;
Vehicle large enough to convey Bruno;
Probably no cats or small dogs, incase Bruno finds them annoying.
Available for adoption in NSW and ACT.
Bruno knows his stuff, is definitely true to this breed, intelligent, confident and will test you out so a firm and balanced daily routine and stimulus to keep Bruno’s mind working.

Medical notes
Bruno is microchipped, vaccinated C5. Heart worm tested negative and has been flea and worm treated.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
