Sooty

Hello my name is Sooty.

I came into foster care scared and pregnant. The really sad thing was I was only 5 months old myself.

Due to give birth in approx 6 weeks, I didn't have long to get used to my new foster family before I had a family of my own. I had two beautiful female kittens (who are currently up for adoption, Ash and Ember) who joined my foster family which already included two feline siblings and one large (teddy bear) staffy.

Now that my babies are old enough, I'm ready to find my own forever family.

My energy and vitality have returned and I've remembered what it's like to be a kitten! My foster mum calls me "Shadow"; she's my favourite human in the house and I follow her around everywhere. First thing in the morning I love a sneaky cuddle in her big bed. I'm very chatty too.. you'll often hear me talking to my kittens or telling mum I need another scratch behind the ear. I could play with my laser toy all day and I love to hide under the couch to scare my human foster brothers and sister.

Ideally my foster mum would love me to go to a home where I'm number one. The centre of attention. But obviously I'm used to other dogs and cats, so that would be OK too.. My human brothers and sisters are teenagers, I think toddlers would scare me..
