About Lark
**All pets' adoption fees are half-price during March**
Meet Lark! This friendly and affectionate kitten is the perfect addition to any home. Easy-going, he loves to be cuddled and would be great with children in the household. His dream home includes a cat tower that he can climb and lots of windows where he can sunbathe.
Lark also comes litter trained and ready to go, although it's best to go over things again once he settles into his new home. If you have other animals, just make sure there's a slow introduction so everyone gets along well. With multiple feedings a day, you'll have a playful bundle of joy in no time!
Medical notes
When one of our pets finds a new home, our team then book into the Council's contracted vet for them to be desexed (the next business day typically). We will transport your new furry family member to our vet for desexing in the morning. In the afternoon, you can then collect your furry friend from the vet following their procedure.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
