About Shadow 34962

Shadow is a young, playful pup just looking for a loving home. He loves humans and attention, and his carers say he has no spatial awareness when it comes to personal boundaries! Shadow would do best in an active home that is willing to take him on regular walks, train him, and teach him how to be the best pup possible. He's incredibly smart and trainable and loves treats as rewards!
Shadow has been around other dogs before but may need a bit more time to get used to them before living with one--further socialisation and exposure will help with this. Shadow would also love a yard with high secure fencing so he can run around and stretch his legs. A family with children 8 years or older who understand his occasional jumping up for attention is ideal for Shadow.

Medical notes
When one of our pets finds a new home, our team then book into the Council's contracted vet for them to be desexed (the next business day typically). We will transport your new furry family member to our vet for desexing in the morning. In the afternoon, you can then collect your furry friend from the vet following their procedure.

Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
