About Milo 34883 Campbelltown ACF
- Open to meet mature, older children
- Best as only dog
- Requires confidence building
- Approx. 23kg
Hi, I’m Milo.
I’m looking for a home with a family who have owned dogs before with special behaviour needs. I’m very timid when I meet new people and it takes me a while to warm up to people. But once I do get to know you, we will be best buds! I’ve already built a wonderful bond with one of the carers here, and I would follow her anywhere.
I’d love a home which is mostly calm & quiet with children who are older and have been around dogs before. I would benefit from crate training or having a safe space of my own I can retreat to in the home to rest and decompress. I would love to come inside when my family are home and spend time having cuddles in front of the tv.
My ideal home would have a small-medium yard and secure fencing to keep me safe at all times. I have met other dogs at the facility and at the moment I shouldn’t be rehomed with other dogs. I become very anxious and stressed and don’t know how to behave. It would be beneficial to have slow, controlled exposure to other dogs once I’ve built up some confidence and trust with my new owners.
If you work part-time that would be perfect for me! When you get home, we can spend our time getting to know each other and becoming best friends. I don’t require strenuous exercise so I’m happy with a 30-minute walk around the block. It might take me a few weeks before I’m ready to be out in the open so give me some time to get used to the home and my new family before taking me for a walk.
If you would like to meet a big softie like me, apply below!
