Hi! I'm Princess Tiny and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

NOTE: You are unable to meet Princess tiny until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Princess tiny in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.


What I need in my new home:
• BREED KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• MUST be allowed inside with my family
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction but I do not like it if they get in my face.
• Secure Fencing (I am VERY small and can fit through tiny gaps)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• A family who promise to keep me well groomed and brush me regularly so I'm always looking and feeling my best
• Lots of love and attention
• I enjoy the company of other dogs my own size but am NOT keen on bigger dogs as I think im big and tough (Small dog syndrome)
• I can be shy at first especially with men, so I need a family who'll allow me to grow in confidence in my own time
• A family that will love and care for me during my twilight years
• SOCIALISATION is as important for me as it appears I've led a very sheltered life and can be a bit nervous/shy in new situations. Since being at the shelter I'm becoming much braver though. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will help boost my confidence

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Children, I am scared of new people and environments and when im scared if im approached in the wrong way I will nip (typical of the breed)
• Big dogs, I am not a fan!

• My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans once I trust you
• Happy to hang out with other friendly little dogs
• I LOVE toys especially soft teddies and ones I can put in my mouth and run around with.
• Love to snooze on someones lap
• Exuberant & full of beans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I am shy at first with new people and in new environments so will require a family who will take their time allowing me to settle in and continue on with my socialization
