About Athena
Hi my name is Athena, and I am such a sweet girl! My siblings and I came into care under the Last Litter Program.
I'm a very chilled girl, who sometimes has a very boisterous personality. My favourite thing in the world is belly rubs! They just make me melt, as long as I’m getting those you’ll be my best friend.
I live with my siblings and an elderly Maltese, I am quite submissive and I get along great with everyone! I’ve been around cats and they don’t seem to bother me at all. I would prefer to have another dog in my new home to help me burn off my puppy energy.
I'm very well mannered and have been working on mastering sit and wait! My gentle nature makes me perfect for a family with children, I’ve met quite a few ranging from 1-11 years old and I think they are the best and would love to have some children in my new home.
I spend most of my time outside, sunbathing, chasing my siblings or just laying around playing with my favourite toys.
I will grow up to be a very big girl, so any potential forever homes must consider my size, and whether their home and lifestyle can accommodate me.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
