Julia

Julia is looking for a calm home environment where she is given time to settle. She has come from a property where she lived with a lot of other dogs so has likely missed some important early socialisation. As a result, she can be very worried and unsure in new environments, when meeting new people and with touch.
She would love a patient owner who will go slowly when introducing new things to her eg she is still learning to walk on a lead. Slow and steady, and positive interactions with her owner will help to build a bond and build Julia's confidence. Julia would love to have a little teddy that can be sprayed with Dap (a pheromone spray), that she can have with her to help her feel safe. Julia may be suited to living in a family with calm older children and maybe a calm social small breed dog too, preferably male. Julia would like to meet all members of the family at time of adoption.
