About Zada
Introducing the beautiful Zada. Zada is a Staffy x born 4th January 2020.
Zada is a beautiful young lady who loves nothing more than spending time with people. She can get a bit boisterous and jumpy at times, so a home with older children would be beneficial for her so she can’t accidentally knock little ones over.
Zada loves every person she meets & is highly food motivated. She is a very affectionate girl & loves to steal your lounge/chair.
Zada's Easter foster carer also mentioned that she loves sun baking & she isn't an overly clingy girl. She is a typical Staffy who loves to play with toys & go on her zoomie runs.
Unfortunately Zada did not test well with other dogs & she was very focused on cats & pocket pets so she will need to be the only animal at home.
Zada has shown no signs of food aggression & she is house trained.
Zada has shown no signs of separation anxiety at the facility or in a home environment. She has shown signs of kennel anxiety & is currently on medication to help keep her calm while she is with us. While this should improve in a home environment, she may need to continue with her medication while she settles into her new home.
Zada is very scared of storms & will hide behind anything she can (in foster care it was behind an old wardrobe) where she will cower, shiver & cry. She will need to be kept indoors during storms.
Zada is such a loving girl who wants nothing more than a home she can call her own and not have to worry about losing another family.
If you think you could be that furever family for Zada, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Zada’s adoption fee has been fully subsidised. Zada comes desexed, vaccinated and lifetime registered. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Zada is currently located in East Maitland.
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
