About Buddy
Yo Buddy here
The last few months have been crazy… woof
I lost my mum, and the people that took me in, didn’t really GET me, I was sad and just needed time to grieve and a place to feel safe and secure……
But now I’m living with this family they have so many friends for me to play with….. I love them, kitties, puppers and kidlets I really like kidlets.
When I first came into care i was so anxious, I didn’t want to be alone, you see I’m only 1 and everything is so new and strange
My foster mum has been helping me learn basic manners but she has said I would DEFINITELY benefit from class based training sessions and something called agility training, she’s already shown me how much fun jumping over things can be.
I have tonnes of energy so I need daily walks.
I suffer from separation anxiety, because, I guess when I lost my mum, I became scared that everyone that leaves me… would never come back, my carer is helping me understand that when she leaves good things happen, and she always comes back, I love that….it makes my little tail wag and my heart beat fast.
I’m crate trained now, but you need to be patient with me I’ve had to learn that my crate is my safe haven and not a place of punishment… 😢 but I still need to see my person when I’m sleeping.
I’m currently in care with two super active pups, a sleepy big fat ginger cat, and a not so nice cat, that I avoid….. I’m prettty comfortable around them all
I will DEFINITELY need a furfriend to wrestle with and keep me company when my humans are away…. That being said I would prefer someone that’s home most of the time.
Oh also I’m kinda learning to be potty trained my carer is teaching me to go outside, it’s weird I use to be allowed to go anywhere that I wanted, my carer said it’s because I had “nuts” for so long. ……what ever they are…. she said they are all gone now.
So if you think you have room in your heart and home for a little nugget like me please get in contact with helping hearts animal rescue
Remember I need patience, kindness but most of all love
Peace out Buddy.
