Ace

Meet Ace! He is a sweet senior boy who has spent most of his time on a farm. He enjoys the open space and is a gentle soul. He hasn't had any formal training but he knows sit and is gentle when he takes treats. He has had limited socialisation outside farm life, so he is looking for a family who understands he might find city life a little overwhelming. He has lived on a farm around cows his whole life and could be a great fit for a yard with plenty of space to explore. Ace has been mainly an outdoor dog his whole life, so he might need some time adjusting to indoor life. In the shelter, Ace has been happy walking alongside other dogs in the shelter and might enjoy the company of other dogs to go on walks with, although in the house he needs to be an only dog! Ace has been around children before, so he may be okay living with older, calm kids who are gentle with him.
