All About Me and My Unique Personality:
I am a real cutie patootie!
I love staying close to my foster fur-parents and have become just like one of the family real quick. I love affection and pats, sleeping with you, watching TV with you and even working with you from home of course.
I often get the impulse to just flop on the floor where I'm standing and roll over hoping someone will come rushing to rub my belly. I'm a catch!
My Ideal Home:
One filled with love! I would be happy flying solo or with a couple or even a family with school age kids. I'm a sticky beak so I like to be involved in the daily activities around the house. I love a view and a cool breeze so an enclosed veranda or even a balcony upstairs is great... I definitely won't be jumping... I'm a little overweight :)
What is Known About My Background:
I've had it tough. My first mum passed away and then my second mum had to surrender me a couple of weeks ago as she isn't well. But I'm ready again to find my last ever furever home :)
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I'm pretty darn good with kids, dogs and cats... who knew? I sure didn't. Naturally, I may make a necessary hiss every now and then until it's sorted out who is boss but after a couple of days I will be quite happy with my sibling/s.
Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
