The gorgeous and relaxed Rhea is now seeking her forever family
This beautiful Mastiff x is just a med size girl with a very gentle and chilled out temperament
She is not at all boisterous and happy to laze around most of the day
We expect her to mature at around 25-30 kilos
Rhea is desxed, fully wormed and fully immunized

Rhea is a very loving sweet girl, who will always greet you with a wagging tail and lots of licks. Rhea loves cuddles and pats, however when tired she is not a fan of being woken up by either human or another dog and will voice her annoyance. Rhea loves exploring outside and is happy to entertain herself when she wants quiet time away from both humans and the other dogs in the home.
We have had her assessed by a behaviorist vet and to conclusion for Rhea was she is a sweet and relaxed pup but just needs her own space when tired
Food
Rhea is currently eating two meals a day of premium dry food. For training we use boiled chicken as a treat. Rhea has shown no signs of food aggression. Rhea will gently take food from your hand.
Sleeping
Rhea has the pick of numerous dog beds around the home to sleep, however most nights you will feel her jump up on the bed and curl up next to you (you will also hear her as she has a cute little snore). During the day Rhea will choose to either lay around outside or on the couch in her favorite corner. It is extremely important that when Rhea is asleep that you allow her to sleep, this does not mean tip-toeing around her, just please do not wake her up intentionally.
Walk/Training/Toileting/Car
Rhea loves going for short walks and exploring the neighborhood, her favorite thing to do on walks is to greet every single person that she sees. Daily walks are a must for Rhea and as she grows the walks will need to be longer. Further lead training will also be required.
Rhea will sit and we are working on staying, except she gets very excited to greet people that are around so she tends to ignore and wants to say hello. Rhea will come when you call her name. Rhea will need to attend puppy school/dog obedience training to help further her training and also for socialization.
Rhea is fully house trained and will go outside to go to the toilet, either through a doggy door or a back door if left open. However I do expect Rhea to have a few accidents in her new surroundings until she is comfortable.
Rhea has no issues while traveling in the car; she will just lay down until you reach your destination. Please use the proper restraints at all times while in the car.
Indoor/Outdoor/Obedience
Rhea is an extremely well behaved puppy, she does not get mouthy or jumpy. While outdoors Rhea will play with the other dogs in the home, but is also happy to entertain herself outside. Rhea loves to dig in her sandpit and play in her shell full of water. While indoors Rhea will either play with her toys or nap, she does not chew on furniture.
Dogs/Cats
Rhea has been living with numerous dogs of all different breeds and ages. Rhea does love to play with the other dogs in the home but is also happy just to have human company. Rhea has not been tested with cats but given her age we do not see her having an issue with a cat, however your cat must be dog savvy. If you have another dog in residence they must be male as we do not rehome to same sex dogs, and be well socialized.
Children
Rhea loves people of all ages, however we are seeking a home with experienced owners so the children in the home must also have experience with a puppy and understand a puppy's boundaries.
Enrichment
Rhea will play for hours in her sandpit or swimming pool, she loves having toys float in her pool so she can try and retrieve them. Rhea will happily play with any toy in the house and is always up for a game of fetch. Rhea will run around with the other dogs for ages and loves a good play of zoomies.
Adoption Requirements for Rhea
- decent size backyard with grass, shelter and secure fences.
- daily walks
- Rhea will need to attend obedience training for both training and also for socialization
- If you have a dog it must be male and well socialized
- Kids over 10 years old who have dog experience
- Rhea must be able to be an inside/outside dog and able to sleep indoors
