Hi, I’m Eddy and if you’ve stopped long enough to read my profile, I thank you.

Most people just see an image of a black cat and go “nah”, which is why I’ve been in care so long.

Talk about discrimination. It’s absolutely rampant in the cat rescue world. Every shelter and rescue group around the country has a stockpile of perfectly good, perfectly behaved and perfectly nice black cats that are overlooked time and time again.

But I’m here to tell you that black cats rock! We go with everything and in some countries we’re considered lucky. We’re always shiny and how cool do my beautiful green eyes look against the black velvet of my coat?

I’m a bit timid, but give me a home and family of my own and I will blossom. Promise.

I’m desexed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and I’ve had my first vaccination.
