I've been adopted!
About Phoenix
My journey at the shelter has been a long one. When I first arrived, I was terrified of people! I did not like pats or company at all. Thankfully, with the help from all the handlers, I started to feel more comfortable with people and eventually allowed them to even pick me up with a blanket! Now, I also enjoy pats on the head and have found four cat friends to spend my days with. They have made me feel more confident. I am still shy and loud noises and quick movements frighten me. As you can see, I've made a lot of progress so far, but if you're wanting to give me a home, I will need someone who has plenty of extra time, patience and love to continue bringing me out of my shell. I would prefer a home without small children or loud animals.
I am a bonded pair with Morgan, we are looking for a home together.
I do not bite or scratch, I am just very timid. In time though, I think I would love to be a lap cat and spend my days lounging around with my person.
