About Daisy
DAISY
Located Wodonga
Please send an application through our website.
Daisy is a beautiful Rhodesian ridgeback wolfhound or staghound cross who is approximately 2 years of age. Daisy really loves her people. She loves curling up next to you on the couch or putting her had in you lap for a pat. She also tries to get onto your lap despite her size. She loves to run so needs a good sized yard but isn't a high energy breed. After an hour walk in the morning she is happy to snooze at your feet. Daisy doesn't like sharing her people so needs to go to an only dog home. She needs owners who are home more often than not. Daisy pulls on walks with a standard lead but walks well with a halti type lead. She loves meeting other people and dogs on her walks and is not lead reactive. She also loves squeaky toys. She is a very quiet dog who has never barked. Daisy does have some minor allergies which are easily managed through dietary supplements and an occasional injection from the vet. She needs the injections approximately once every 4 months. Daisy sleeps inside on a bed next to that of her owner and will need a similar arrangement in her new home. Due To her long coat she feels the heat and needs access to shade water and air-conditioning and regular brushing to avoid matting. As Daisy is a sight hound her new home should have no cats or pocket pets. Due to her size she is not suited to a home with small children. Daisy will come with her bowl bed toys lead and food. She is vaccinated and Desexed. This is a reluctant surrender. Daisy needs to go to the best of homes. She has been treated as a family member in her current home not 'just a dog' and needs to go to a like minded owner. She is the most beautiful girl and will enrich the lives of the people who adopt her. Every one that meets her falls in love with her.
