About Rusty
Young Rusty was unfortunately found by a member of the public and was taken straight to the vets as he had a tick. He recovered almost straight away and was then sent to the Animal Management Centre but sadly, no owner came forward.
He is a great puppy, always up for a cuddle and will be fine with other dogs. Rusty loves hanging out with his family and would love to join in on all the activities he can. Rusty is in foster care with 3 young children and is doing very well, just needs to learn not to jump up, but that will come in time.
Rusty will need ongoing training to ensure he turns out the best dog he can. Puppy preschool is highly recommended. We estimate Rusty will be a medium to large sized dog - so all the more to love and cuddle.
Rusty has had his 1st vaccination and is microchipped. He is also up to date with flea, tick and worming. He will be due a 2nd vaccination in a couple of weeks and will be desexed once old enough. This is all included in his adoption fee.
A fenced yard/property is a must.
