Fantasia is a lovely pup. She’s around 15kgs so is small to medium in size and won’t grow too much more. She is a suspected Staffy x Whippet.

Fantasia is the sweetest. She gets along with dogs and the resident cats love her. She also interacts well with young puppies as well as adult dogs. Fantasia has a timid character but responds well to treats and praise. Once familiar with people/home she’s quite a low maintenance dog.

She would love a doggy friend to play with. She’s good at home with other dogs without humans for at least half a day (has not been left for a full day previously). Fantasia is good on the lead, knows how to sit and has good recall.

Fantasia also loves all humans and is great with kids. The one thing we are working on is high-pitched barking/noises when seeing other dogs in the distance while on lead/behind fence. I’m unsure if it’s anxiety. Seems more like excitement though and doing well redirecting with communication and treats. There’s also some jumping up we are working on but as Fantasia is not large she is not a danger of tipping most people over.

Fantasia is an outstanding dog and the only reason she’s not staying with me is because I already have a full complement of fur-children and it would not be fair on them.
