About Stevie
Stevie is a cuddly and playful 12-week-old, red and tan female Kelpie mix puppy.
Stevie loves to race around the yard with her doggy friends and then end the afternoon with a snooze in the shade. Her favourite thing in the world is following her humans around to make sure she doesn't miss out on any cuddles or pats.
As Stevie is new to the world she is still learning her manners. She is currently working on sit, her recall and walking nicely on a leash. Stevie is crate trained and sleeps in there quietly until morning. She is working on her toilet training and is learning super quickly, although may still have the occasional accident.
Stevie is new to surburbia so may still find the outside world a little bit new and scary, she will need a family who is willing to work with her to build her trust and confidence.
Stevie is now ready to find her very own forever home! She will need a family who has experience with working breeds and is committed to continuing with her training and socialisation. Stevie would love having a doggy sibling to play with however she would also do okay as an only dog if her humans were home more often than not.
If Stevie sounds like the girl for you, please apply today!
Stevie is located in QLD.
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
