Perrin is a playful, easy-going, goofball who LOVES all humans. His perfect day would involve as many pats and belly rubs as humanly possible, playing and chasing around a companion dog, a little sunbaking, chewing on a bone, a walk to socialise with as many people/dogs as possible and then hitting the couch for some snuggles and more belly rubs at night.

He would love to have another companion dog as he doesn’t like being left alone and would benefit from having a mentor who he can learn from.

Alternatively, if he’s to be an only dog, would ideally have someone that works from home. He will find something to chew if he’s alone for 8+ hours a day, he’s particularly fond of shoes so best to keep them out of reach.

Perrin is toilet trained and currently uses a doggy door for outside access.
He travels well in the car and walks great on lead. He would greatly benefit from some basic training as he is a quick learner and eager to please.

He can be a little restless at night and has gotten up to some mischief, so it would be best to either crate him at night or have him sleep in a room with a human family member. Currently he is being crated with our resident dog sleeping next to him.

Perrin would love a family who will include him in their daily lives. He would be suited to a home with kids over the age of 8, as at times he is quite playful and doesn’t really understand his size. He will sit ON you if given the opportunity. He loves all the attention and affection he can get and will provide you with much laughter, joy and unconditional love.
