About Barney & Little Boy
Introducing the dynamic duo Barney & Little Boy.
Barney is a Jack Russell x born 5th June 2016.
Little Boy is a Maltese x Foxie born 1st May 2016
Barney loves nothing more than spending time with people and playing fetch with any type of toy, but he especially loves tennis balls.
Little Boy is a little more quiet and shy, but his confidence is boosted when he's with Barney.
Both boys are obedience & house trained.
Little Boy & Barney have previously lived with 3 other small dogs.
From our testing they both did well with other dogs, so if you have a friendly dog at home we will need to do a meet & greet with them to ensure they all get along before going home.
Both Barney & Little Boy tested well with cats & pocket pets. If you have existing small animals at home we recommend a slow & controlled introduction to them to ensure a safe and happy relationship.
Jack shows no signs of separation anxiety at the facility. While he tested well here there may be the potential for some mild anxiety when he is left at home alone for long periods of time, especially as he's previously been left with other animals.
Little Boy & Barney are such loving young men and want nothing more than a home they can call thier own and not have to worry about losing another family.
Little Boy & Barney need to have dentals with some extractions. This is included in their adoption fee.
If you think you could be that furever family for Little Boy & Barney, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Barney & Little Boy's adoption fee is $750 for the pair, and this includes their desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. They are also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Barney & Little Boy are currently located in East Maitland.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
