About Sherbet
*In foster care in Berowra, Sydney*
Gorgeous kitten Sherbet is the most beautiful tortie colour - a bit of ginger spice sprinkled through a glossy black coat, with ginger stripes over her bum. Super-sweet in temperament, she really is the best of both worlds as she loves to play AND snuggle!
You'll always know when's Sherbet's pleased to see you - she weaves adoringly around your legs and purrs her head off :) A household with full-time workers would be fine as long as she has a feline playmate to keep her company.
Sure to fit in pretty much anywhere, Sherbet is comfortable with her loud, busy foster home and the small children who live there. She's happy to be picked up and handled. Her carers often find her snuggled up with her sister Strudel, catching some Z's after a wild play session :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Sherbet is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I don't need anything special! House or apartment life would suit me fine, with lots of people and toys to play with. Oh, and plenty of love and cuddles, of course!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Typical kitten! - BIG bursts of energy, with an equally large side of snoozing :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Excellent, I reckon! The more people to play with, the better.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm very open to sharing my new home with another friendly cat, and I'm also learning boundaries with not-so-friendly cats - which is going well!
Sadly, I'm not a huge fan of dogs at this stage.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
