Dorothy

This sweet puppy is DOROTHY, an Irish Wolfhound mix born around 6 October 2022.

Rescued from the pound, we have no background information on Dorothy's breed mix, however, we can tell you that she's a lovely pup and promises to be an even lovelier adult Wolfie.

Gentle, snuggly, easy-going and reserved, she prefers to sit in the background and observe what's going on before becoming involved.

On the day our photographer visited her foster home, it was mid-afternoon and naptime for Dorothy and her canine mates. She was more interested in snoozing than posing for pesky photos, which is why some of the photos have that "please go away and leave me alone look" about them.

She's an affectionate girl, so be ready for big-hearted Wolfie love, which tends to involve having a dog by your side 24/7 or sprawled across your feet or your lap if you're sitting on a couch. She would make a delightful and dedicated companion or family dog.

Dorothy's adoption fee is $850 and at the point of adoption she will be desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
