Ralph

Our unique boy Ralph is ready to sniff out his new home and dedicated humans that will dote on him as much as he will dote on them.

Ralph is a Pointer x Beagle who has the nose and at times stubborn elements of the Beagle breed. Overall Ralph has a soft nature and a mischievous element to his personality. He loves nothing more than being with and snuggling into his humans. He will follow you everywhere and collects sticks along the way to play with.

Ralph isn't a fan of dog's that are in his face and would NOT enjoy trips to the dog park or doggy day care. Ralph would prefer to be an only dog in the home. He has had some exposure to cats and is respectfully scared of them. Ralph is not a fan of children. They are too loud, too busy and scary for Ralph.

Ralph is a very clean boy and has been letting his foster carer know when he needs to go out to the toilet, so is well on his way to being house trained. Ralph is recovering from his desexing surgery and is crated inside. He is enjoying being close to his humans.

He is the perfect companion dog as he loves to be with you. He is very vocal letting you know his displeasure if left outside away from his people.

Ralph has great potential of being a companion/support dog for anyone invested in training him. With his Beagle nose he could also be trained to be an alert dog. Ralph has many natural qualities that could be harnessed for working with an adult human to be there and support them.

Ralph goes to his new home flea and worm treated, vaccinated, microchipped and desexed. His adoption fee is $800. His date of birth is 9 August 2022 so he is certainly still a pup so needs ongoing training.
