About Jazz with Mitzi
Mitzi (brown girl) and Jazz (grey boy) are a lovely duo to complete a family! They will require someone who can give them the patience, gentleness and loving that they need.
At first they can be shy and nervous, but once settled they are interactive, energetic and playful. They love attention and games, will come to sit with you and climb on you.
Jazz loves head rubs and pats. He loves his food, especially oaten hay, and will come up to you to see if you will give him extra. He likes to jump and explore bees and towers and run through tunnels. He will then go and relax in his favourite spot, under his bunny castle. Any place you can give him that is sheltered and enclosed, he will call home and love to sit and rest in there.
Mitzi will need a very patient and caring owner. Mitzi has been through a lot in her life - she has no incisor teeth, has had fly strike and a couple surgeries. This has made her quite afraid and her coping mechanism is grunting and scratching you when she feels threatened. However, this only occurs when she feels afraid from fast movements, or scary new environments and loud sounds.
On the inside, she really is just a softie who wants love. When she is comfortable, she will come up to you, climb on you and even may let you touch her. But this requires patience and care, and is well well worth the time needed to gain her trust.

100% forever return guarantee.
We only adopt to indoor homes in playpen/free range set ups so that our rabbits become part of your family with plenty of interaction. This also protects them from the heat and cold which rabbits are susceptible to and the viruses outdoors released to eliminate the wild rabbit population.
Please check out our website www.rabbitsanctuary.com.au to see all our bunnies available and to fill in an application form. You must provide a photo of your set up including a playpen, litter tray, hay rack, hidey house, fabric tunnel.
When your application is approved you can choose any of our available rabbits.
