Top Hat is a loveable boofhead who can’t wait to get out on his own. As a working breed mix he values stimulating outdoor spaces, but he can also be quite sedentary, so he may suit a variety of homes.

He is a born working-dog with a strong personality and a good sense of humour. He loves to lounge and may seem lazy, but he has good strength and energy and loves walks. He will probably require professional training early on in his new home to help him learn boundaries and commands.

Top Hat currently shares a home with two adult humans and two children (2 & 5) and has been amazing towards them. His curiosity for younger children may be a bit intense for them and may be upsetting, so supervision with children will be a must, as with all dogs.

He also shares his space with four siblings, and exhibits typical pack behaviour, including rough play and dominance. This tendency may subside if he’s paired with a non-sibling dog.

He seems pretty well house-trained, but may need more training in this area. Outdoors, he’s inquisitive and likes digging.

Overall, Top Hat is a cute, fluffy bundle, who may be best suited to a home with good outdoor space with a good disciplined ethic.
