About Piggywiggy and Pandawanda
Please meet Piggywiggy (tan and white) and Pandawanda. These gorgeous boys were surrendered to the Refuge as their family could no longer give them the care and attention they needed and they hadn’t been handled for a while. They can still be a little hard to catch at times, but will sit calmly in your lap for cuddles. They love their food and are happy to be hand fed but will need separate bowls as Piggywiggy will not share. They let you know it’s veggie time and will eat a variety of veggies and fruit. They would suit a calm older child or adult who is willing to give these lovely boys the love and attention they deserve, could this be you?
Piggywiggy and Pandawanda must be adopted together as they are a bonded pair.
Adoption details
Qld Guinea Pig Refuge holds open days at the Albany Creek Scout Den in North Brisbane on the first and third Saturday of each month. All adoptions require pre-approval and your application form should be submitted for processing at least two days prior.
The adoption fee for our guinea pigs is $25 each. Desexed guinea pigs are $35 each. They come fully health checked; worm and mite treated; and have been living at their foster carer’s house where they receive handling time.
