About Miss Piggy
Hi I’m Miss Piggy, I am a distinguish 4 year and 6 month old French Bulldog
So anyone who knows French Bulldogs knows that sometimes they can have a quirk or two……. I of course have a quirk or three!
I have come into care with some pretty bad ear infections and an eye ulcer.
I had to have some nasty ear drops put into my ear and I’m not going to lie I am not the best patient when I’m in pain – I will snap at you for the first day or two when you try and put my drops in – I don’t mean it – it’s just I’m in pain and knowing that your going to stick something in my ear ‘even if helping’ can’t stop me from snapping. My foster mum can show you how to do my drops if I ever get another ear infection as she worked out pretty quickly the best way to help me. And now I have no ear infections and when I ignore my foster mum it’s my choice not cause of my sore ears.
And my eye ulcer is clearing up nicely.
Hmmm quick two – whilst a lot of Frenchies will love to munch on a pigs ear or things like that – I am not good at sharing them even with my humans and will give a growl – so my foster mum said right sucks to be you Miss Piggy cause now you don’t get them at all – she said easy solved!
and my third quirk welllllll I don’t really think a quirk it’s common in a lot of dogs – I don’t want to share my humans or my home with another dog – so the rescue has said yep only dog in the home and no dog parks for me (walking is fine)
Now if your still reading my bio and I hope you are cause that is just such a small bit of me and my behavior (quirk one only happens if I have an ear infection) I am a big love bug to my humans – I was not good around small kids when I had my ear infection but I have been living with a 9 year old boy for a while and I’m fine with him.
I am happy to chill out when you leave for the day but be warned I do the frenchie hello when you come home - I can do a bum wiggle with the best of them!
As a typical French Bulldog I do have great manners and I do know how to sit and wait (…01 seconds counts doesn’t it??)
My foster mum also said that I am a champion at snoring, snorting, snuffling, and flatulence (gassiness) which just makes you fall in love with me even more - how could you not?
I am not tested with cats (my foster mum said H E something about two hockey sticks) NO
My foster mum also said while I don't dig I do like to do the frenchie foot stomp and dirt kicking at the fence if there is a dog next door - I tell them I'm boss and then usually on my way!
I am house trained
I am looking for a home where I can live out my years and get lots of love and cuddles - is that you?

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email.
