Looking for a specific type of carer, for an older female greyhound (Athena, Age 8 )

FROM 21st JANUARY until MARCH OR if you are the right person (as described below) we are 100% certain you will fall head over heels in love with her! and she will stay put!

1: You will need to be very chilled and relaxed (she is super calm, you almost don’t hear a peep from her) you do however need to enjoy small walks around your neighborhood.

2: You must love a snuggle or two and be prepared to give belly scratches.

3: Give her space when she needs it by Creating a little nook in your home (she likes to take herself off when she is sleepy, you will often find her roaching in her little allocated spot/bed)

4: Somebody who likes “The quiet life” but is prepared to slowly introduce her to some social greyhound walks (We can offer assistance/training here)
In her first assessment, with other greys, she did not want them around her.
Her second assessment was done on a walk and she slowly got in to it, she did so well.

We will provide all that she needs while in care.

🐾 Sweet and affectionate.
🐾 Super quiet in the home, a true lounge Lizard!
🐾 Fine in an apartment, as long as he has access to the outside to the toilet.
🐾 Would suit an older person, who lives a relaxed life. Or a younger relaxed person.
🐾 No separation anxiety, none destructive when left, and very well-mannered in the home.
🐾 Loves to Roach.
🐾 Small dogs at a distance (For now) we will also assist here.
