About Rosie
Well hi, so glad you clicked on my bio soooo my name is Rosie and I am a 6 year and 9 month old Maltese X Pomeranian X Chihuahua!
I came into care with a smile on my face and a waggle of my tail! I love life!!!
I am the definition of a small cute dog – I love to be happy, I love my foster family and the fur siblings that I hang out with daily.
I tackle everything in life with a smile on my face
Now I know you already think I’m adorable but here’s another fun fact often I ‘change’ into what my foster mum refers to as a meerkat – when I’m happy (which is 99% of the time) and I’m curious on something you will often find me standing up on my back legs posing like a meerkat!
My foster mum says that my eyes give away a lot - the large, round eyes that can shine with kindness, curiosity, or mischief - I have that in spades!!!
My foster mum says I’m the life of the party – I love loving and I love to bounce.
I am toilet trained except when it’s raining but I mean come on who would expect me to get my toes wet on the grass???
My dream home would be where there is lots of fun and laughter – I would love a home where there is a few kids who will let me bed hop and just join in the all the fun possible.
I am currently in care with all sizes and ages of dogs and I am great with
I love to play with the other dogs but then also very happy to play by myself thru the day – but would not do well in a house with no other dog – I need that play time and fun to keep my sparkle.
I enjoy also going for a walk – sometimes I’m great on my lead other times its way more fun to spin, and jump and run around cause it’s just so exciting to be doing something but considering I’m 5.2kgs I’m pretty harmless when I’m doing my spins.
I am currently not living with a cat but I bet if I was I would make friends with them or annoy them till they swatted me on my nose.
My ideal home will be with someone who is home more often than not or who works from home – I know I know such a cliché
I do sleep on my foster mums bed and this is something I would like to continue with – I mean just think we can snuggle on the couch and then snuggle in bed together (after you have told me how cute I am at least 3 times that day!)
I do have a coat that does require regular grooming so please make sure that you do remember that it’s a life time of grooming (besides I look so cute when I’ve just been to the salon for the day!)
If you think you could make me part of your family & are interested in applying to adopt me, please send thru an adoption application
** Please note applications will close Friday 20th January 2023 at 5.30pm

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email.
