Patchy

Patchy is a super-friendly, affectionate soul looking for his future family. He's quick to bond with humans and wants desperately to belong.

Alert and curious, Patchy loves to look out the window, smell the bushes and generally keep an eye on what's going on. Patchy is naturally well-behaved even though he hasn't had much training. He greets people enthusiastically but doesn't jump, and is gentle when he receives a treat. Eager to please and still learning to respond to commands like ""sit"", he would benefit from someone willing to invest time in training.

Patchy enjoys exercise. During walks, he tugs a little bit on the leash but is very manageable, and this would improve with training. He also enjoys playing with a soft toy, and likes to chase a ball but happily doesn't seem interested in chewing shoes or other household items!

Patchy loves bean bags and couches and getting comfy. He is definitely keen to snuggle on the couch and likes to relax. He has beautiful patterns and a lovely soft coat.

Patchy is friendly with other dogs and tries to play with them. Patchy would be fine in a house with or without other dogs as he has excellent social skills. He is currently untested on cats.

He is very, very people-oriented - he loves adults and kids and spreads his affection around liberally. A funny, warm personality, he literally prances when he's happy. Anyone adopting him would be rewarded with a very loyal and sweet doggo.
