If you’re after a cat that ignores you and only wants affection on their terms, Patch is NOT the cat for you 😂

This gorgeous girl has plenty of love to give round the clock, and is the absolute definition of a lap cat. Whether you’re sitting on the couch or watching some Netflix in bed, Patch wants to be either on your lap or curled up next to you (she will occasionally settle for laying by your feet, too). She’s not one to shy away from pats and a good chin scratch. When you wake up, Patch may amble over to lay down on your chest and make a few biscuits. Unfortunately, you may have to say goodbye to using the bathroom on your own - Patch believes that anytime not spent patting her is time wasted.

Patch has a trait that her foster mums haven’t seen in many other cats - Patch will happily meet and greet visitors and strangers alike! If they sit still long enough, she might even see if their lap is a suitable location for a nap. She will also try and sneak in a cuddle and nose boop with the resident big dog - another trait her foster mums think is pretty unique!

When you meet Patch and see the sheer amount of love she has to give, you might be surprised to find out that she had a rough start to life. For Patch, the impact of that now is that she doesn’t wish to compete with other cats. Patch will thrive in a house where she is the only feline. She will take or leave a canine friend. Patch is also quite happy keeping herself entertained throughout the day when her humans aren’t home.
