About Juno
Hi all, this gorgeous girl is Juno, an 8yr old Staffy X.
A sweet, energetic and loving dog whose tail wags all the time.
She has a happy nature and is good with other dogs. Not tested with cats, chickens or small children.
Juno is house and lead trained but needs a Halti on walks to stop her pulling. Not tested off leash as uncertain of recall.
Basic commands are being worked on and she responds well to positive praise.
She really enjoys walks, playing with other dogs and chasing balls. Actually, she prefers to steal the ball, take it away and chew it to death…
Juno is a big water drinker & loves her food - chicken necks & watermelon are faves and she's developing a taste for other fruits and vegies.
The vet has put an occasional rash on her tummy - small & patchy - down to food sensitivities or a mild allergy to something in the environment like pollen/grass. It isn't serious & resolves by itself.
She is ok with sleeping/living outside under shelter. For whoever gives her a permanent home and makes her a part of their family, she will be a lot of fun and a great companion.

ADFC house our dogs with volunteer foster carers in private homes.
They are given basic training and experience life in family situations with dogs, cats, children and various other domestic animals.
We then have an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dog may suit your family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial - $50 deposit. If the dog doesn't fit with your family, they are returned to us and deposit refunded.
To arrange a meet and greet with one of our dogs please send us a message.
The committee and carers of ADFC are all volunteers, so please be patient if we don't answer your enquiry straight away.
