Joey - 7 Week Old Kelpie x Husky (On Trial)

Joey is a handsome Kelpie x who continues to show his beautiful personality.

Joey is a cuddly pup that loves to be in the company of his foster carer and other dogs. Joey loves to cuddle up in your lap, getting pats and cuddles. Joey loves to explore his environment and enjoys finding his own fun ‘toys’ in the yard such as sticks, grass, pine cones etc. Joey can be a bit clumsy at times falling off his bed or peoples lap when he is tired.

Joey is currently in care with his sibling (brother) and two other small dogs. Joey is very playful with his brother and enjoys following his foster siblings around.

Joey is doing well with his toilet training and continues to grow and learn. Joey knows how to sit for his food. Still working on how to wait for his food as he can get excited.

Joey currently sleeps on his bed or the floor in foster carer’s bedroom.

Joey will grow into a medium size dog and will need commitment to his training and exercising. Joey would love a medium/large yard to explore and exercise in.

Joey is in foster care in Kurri Kurri, NSW. His adoption fee is $700. As Joey is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to a DRN approved vet for desexing when he is approximately 5/6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.
