About FedEx 📦
Meet FedEx!
She is a divine bundle of feline fluff who will enrich your life tenfold and keep you laughing at his crazy antics.
Her interesting name was inspired by her backstory. A FedEx delivery driver was dropping off a parcel and spotted a tiny little kitten huddled behind a bin. He picked up the kitten and delivered him to a vet clinic after his door knocking efforts did not find an owner. After finding her way into rescue she became known as FedEx, and the rest is history.
FedEx is initially unsure of new environments/people and quick movements or loud noises often startle her. She’ll then retreat to a safe space to assess from afar. With calm and slow introductions she is quick to adapt and will start purring away. Once she feels safe and has bonded with her people, she will demand attention and bucket-loads of affection. She is very people focused. She thoroughly enjoys pats and will let you know if you’ve stopped too early for her liking. She is happy to be picked up for a cuddle and tummy rub. If you work from home, she will sit and keep you company or play by your side, you will never be alone again!
Being a young kitten, she will require mentally stimulating toys to play with. Her favourites are anything with feathers, balls, the Catit Senses toy range, climbing up and down her cat tree and going in and out of her cat tunnel. She is tolerant of having her claws trimmed and different textured scratchers are a must to keep her kitten claws short between trims.
When she isn’t doing zoomies around the house or playing with her toys, she can often be found snoozing away the day in a sunny spot or attempting to groom her humans.
She currently shares her home with an adult male cat who she will happily play with and is accepting of being groomed by. She is not suited to a home with young children (under 5 years) or bouncy, in your face animals. Her ideal forever family would have an existing adult cat with a calm but playful demeanour, who will continue teaching her appropriate cat behaviours. She is currently untested with dogs.
FedEx is litter trained and is fantastic at keeping it in her tray. She has been exposed to different types of litter but prefers recycled paper options such as Breeders Choice. She isn’t a fan of litter that has an artificial smell such as lavender and is currently using an open style litter tray.
Being a domestic long hair, she will require a home that is committed to the upkeep of her coat and will ensure it is brushed regularly. FedEx is comfortable wearing a cat collar during the day.
FedEx is a friendly, happy girl who just loves to be loved. If you are interested in adopting her please click on the enquire button below.
Her adoption fee includes premium food, parasite control, toys, a bed and scratcher to help transition her from foster home to forever home.

Adoption details
Hear No Evil's Adoption process:
1st Step * You contact us to obtain an adoption application, and discuss the dog of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability.
2nd Step * A Meet and Greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and and current dogs is arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a Yard check to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - We understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
3rd Step *Payment of the Adoption fee in full. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records.
Transport arrangements are the financial responsibility of the Adopting party. Hear No Evil are happy to assist with departure preparations and ensuring the dog makes its transport connection.
Final step * Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted, and the adoption is officially finalised.
