The freedom to run from room to room and play without restrictions is something Dennis enjoys far more than most kittens. Thatās because he knows what it feels like not to have those things.
For a part of his early life Dennis was kept in a rabbit hutch. It was too small for him move about properly and he wasnāt being loved or cared for in the way he deserved. So he was rescued and came into care with us.
Since then Dennis has flourished. This ginger ninja is a ball of energy; his desire for fun knows no end. Dennis is delightfully entertaining and has a zest for life that will really make you smile.
Dennis has shown himself to be a bit of a cheeky boy, with a golden glint in his eye you just know heās up to something fun. This boy plays big and loves even bigger.
Dennis has an enormous purr which he turns on as soon as you pat him. He loves playing the blinking game (you slowly blink your eyes as he stares at you) and his eyes go like saucers ā it is hilarious.
Dennis is very affectionate and will lean up against you if you sit next to him. Be prepared for some serious paddling as he shares his happiness with you.
Understandably this boy is reserved with strangers and will need an experienced cat person/people. He is a confident kitten however he will need to adapt again. And you will need to be patient and let him relax at his own pace.
Dennis would be great with a single or couple who work some of the time at home. He is also suited to life with a family with older teenage children.
Dennis is social with other kitties so a home with another cat would be fine. And he has no problem with his foster careās small dog either. So a small cat-friendly dog would not be a problem (with the right slow introductions of course!).

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. Weāll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, weāll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carerās home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
