About Guvna
Guvna is an endearing and affectionate little guy who loves being around his special person. His most defining feature is a single tooth that sticks out from the corner of his mouth, lending him an incredibly charming look.
Despite his age, Guvna is a playful pooch that will boost your mood with his funny antics. He spends most of his time with his special person and loves to follow them around the house for snuggles and belly rubs. His favorite toy is a sloth he's been inseparable from since birth and he enjoys his daily sniffari walks.
Guvna can be picky when it comes to food, but as soon as he's finished eating he has an energy burst and wants to play. He prefers walking over driving, and only does short car trips occasionally when necessary.
Guvna also loves spending time with other dogs if properly introduced under supervision. He can be lead reactive to other dogs but doesn't do harm because he's a bit afraid of them. As such, Guvna prefers a quiet environment where he can follow his routine uninterrupted by young kids or lots of people coming over. Also no cats, please!
Sadly, Guvna's owner passed away and he's currently in the care of her daughter. He has a very special place in her heart and means the world to her. For this reason and his anxiety during car trips, Guvna is looking to find a home within an hour's radius to his current location around the Victoria Market in North Melbourne.

Guvna needs to follow a special diet in order to soothe his tummy and skin issues.

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
