Meet Pollynell!
Sweet old Polly is looking for her forever home. At the age of 27, Polly wants nothing more than to live out her days relaxing in the paddock as a companion to some other horses.
Polly is generally easy to catch but has been known to be hesitant. She is quiet to lead, brush and vaccinate. When she arrived at the RSPCA she had some issues picking up her back feet but with lots of positive reinforcment and patience she can now have her hinds trimmed by the farrier.
Polly needs a confident and patient owner who will continue working consistently with picking up her hind feet.
Adoption details
You no longer need to submit an online application to adopt a dog, puppy, cat, kitten or small animal.
Walk-ins are welcome at our Burwood East and Peninsula locations:
Burwood: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
Peninsula: Opening hours: 10am – 4pm
For our Warrnambool and Wangaratta locations, please call the RSPCA shelters to book an appointment to meet our available animals:
