About Cruz
Hi my name is Cruz and I am looking for a new home and family to love.
I'm a really loveable and handsome looking boy with impeccable house manners who wouldn't even think about toileting in the house unless I couldn't get out.
My Foster Mum thinks I would be perfect for a family with older children as I have a lot of energy and love to play games like chasing balls and tug-a-war with ropes and stuff.
When we finish playing there is nothing I like better than going inside and having a snuggle with my people.
I'm just as happy inside or out just so long as my people are there. At bedtime if I could sleep with my special person it would be great, if not I'm ok with my own little bed.
Did I mention I really love my food but Foster Mum says I have to eat healthy and watch my weight. But I do love my treats.
Walking on a lead is also something I am very good at and am happy to walk next to my person, and when you say sit I sit straight away.
I very rarely bark but if I do you know there is someone around and I'm just letting you know.
I'm a pretty Cruzy sort of boy so I guess that's how I got my name or maybe it's because I'm handsome like Tom Cruise. Either way Foster Mum says I would be the perfect addition my perfect family. Are you my perfect family?
Medical notes
16 month old Cruz is desexed and microchipped. He is up to date with C5 vaccination and has also had an annual heart worm injection - both due September 2023.
He is also on monthly flea, tick and intestinal worm prevention.
Cruz does have some mild patella luxation in his left hind leg, however it causes him no problems at this stage. We’d recommend a joint support supplement to help as he ages.
