About Bailey
Hi friends! My name is Bailey and I am a sweet but busy 9 month old kelpie x border collie boy looking for an active home.
My mum is a working kelpie (cattle) and my dad is a show border collie, which means I have it all - the looks as well as the energy and the smarts. My sister has started work on a sheep farm and I may also thrive as a working / herding dog, although I haven’t been properly tested yet.
I am a typical bouncy, confident and driven working breed pup, and I do everything at top speed! I know how to sit and shake hands, and am now working on being a little more patient waiting for my dinner and doors / gates.
I am also working on not jumping all over my humans when I get excited. The thing is, I just love pats and I want all of your love and attention all the time. I am super friendly and snuggly, so I want to be involved in whatever is happening and right in the middle of the action. Although, if there is downtime, I can happily chill out at your feet and I do sleep quietly all night in my crate.
If not a working home, I am looking for a family with an active lifestyle. Exercise and training / mental stimulation are a must for me! I have met and lived with plenty of other dogs, and so would be fine with or without a doggy pal. I would not go well with very young kids as I am still a boisterous puppy and need to better learn my manners.
If I sound like the pup for you, then apply now!
Lots of licks, Bailey

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
