Please help Layla find her forever home.
Layla is a Cattle dog cross born on the 20/11/2019 who has been at the refuge for 3 ½ months now with no luck in finding her forever family.
Unfortunately due to Layla being a high energy breed she doesn’t cope well being penned up all the time and it causes her to stress which is making her lose weight.
Layla needs a home that can provide her with exercise and lots of space to run. NO SMAL YARDS.
She has a beautiful nature and loves people. Layla isn’t keen on other dogs and is best suited to a home with NO other dogs.
Layla is very switched on and loves to learn.
She would make a good agility or obedience dog as it keeps her mind active and she takes in all the learning she can.
She would also make a great family dog as well with children to keep her running around and playing or a dog for someone that enjoys hiking and exploring.
She has previously been an inside/outside dog and is toilet trained.
Layla would enjoy a home where she can be a part of the family.
She walks well on a lead and is a gentle dog with a big heart.
Layla is good with men, women, children and birds.
She is UNTESTED with cats.
Layla likes to:
• Do zoomies around the yard
• Go for long walks
• Play with toys
• Cool off in the water
• Spend time in the office with staff
• Spend time with the volunteers
MEDICAL NEEDS
Layla has had the following vet work completed:
~ Desexed
~ C5 Vaccination
~ Microchipped
~ Wormed
~ Flea Treated
~ Council registration in Fraser Coast Region
