About Dorian
Hi, my name is Dorian. I am a reformed racist, ageist and sexist. It wasn’t my fault. See, everyone was chasing me away from their property so I started profiling you humans by physical characteristics.
Now I love everyone, especially if you give me belly rubs and pick me up like a baby. I am short and stocky so my foster mum sometimes calls me “Chonky Potato”. I don’t mind. My previous owner called me “Horse”, so anything is an upgrade from that.
I got spooked by visitors 3 years ago and had been on the run since. My original fur-parents moved to Queensland in that time and didn’t want me back, they thought we had lost the connection we once had. One fateful day, a couple of months ago, I got trapped in a cat run and got rescued. So here I am, homeless and looking for love.
Medical notes
Dorian is FIV+ but he is healthy. FIV+ cats can live long, happy lives, but they require an owner who will seek veterinary assistance immediately if they get sick because of their suppressed immune system. Please consult your vet for professional advice on managing FIV.
