Please meet Macy, an energetic, clever and affectionate girl of mixed breed. Maybe Border Collie, English Staffy, Kelpie, even some Fox Terrier??

To say Macy is attractive is an understatement. She has a beautifully patterned short coat with a single eye patch that's neatly balanced by three random spots on the tip of her right ear.

She loves human company, has an affectionate temperament and tries hard to please. She has good recall and knows her basic commands.

Macy is good with children and cats. She's also dog-friendly and will play all day with a compatible canine mate. However, she’s a bit of a bossy girl and when she arrived in her foster home, she made it clear she aspired to a higher status in the social hierarchy than her age (young) and size (pretty small) would otherwise suggest. She ruffled the feathers of the resident dogs, but they put her in her place and she’s now settled in very well and everyone loves her.

She would make a delightful companion for an active individual or family.

She would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time and where she has a canine mate to play with.

She is definitely not suited to life in the backyard and will do best if treated as an integral part of an active and loving family. She needs space to romp and play and her exercise needs are most easily met if she has a compatible canine mate to play with.
