About Warrior
Hi! I’m Warrior and I’m looking for a new family to call my own.
APPLICATION PROCESS APPLIES FOR WARRIOR
PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELOW APPLICATION FORM
https://forms.gle/bWhfdZCUqJx1uNzX8
NOTE: You are unable to meet Warrior until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Warrior in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.
What I need in my new home:
• BREED KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• To be allowed inside with my family, however I'm not yet house trained as I've never been allowed inside before but I would LOVE to be allowed inside to hang out with my new family.
• A doggie playmate would be great, however I’m not very interactive with other dogs as I prefer to spend my time with my humans. Being an only dog and getting all of your love for myself would suit me just fine.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• A family who promise to keep me well groomed and brush me regularly so I’m always looking and feeling my best
• Lots of love and attention
• I have previously lived with young children aged between 6-13 years.
• I have previously lived with a cat and was friendly towards it.
Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car - I LOVE the car
My best features:
• Wiggle butt
• Gentle & placid - I love to lean against you and get attention
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I walk well on lead
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs
• Well mannered
Medical notes
Diagnosed by vet as may develop early onset arthritis in the spine in the future and may require long term medication; cartrophen injections may help slow the onset.
