LucyGirl is a beautiful girl full of so much love who just wants to be loved in return. She can be a little shy around new people but doesn’t take her long before she covers you in kisses. She is such a good girl, totally toilet trained, and will sit for her food. She is extremely gentle when had fed with treats. She can be a little mouthy when excited or wants attention but does this very gently. Some guidance on boundaries but she is keen to learn and knows a few general commands already.

LucyGirl would suit someone that has a space where she can run around in, but also enjoys quiet time and snuggles with her human. Older children would probably suit her better as she gets scared with sudden movement and noise. LucyGirl has some fears that will need a little patience from her new adopter. She’s trying really hard to be brave when out of the house, but foot traffic, cars and outside noises can be overwhelming for her. I’d suggest that LucyGirl has not spent much if not any time on a lead. She needs to be walked with a harness due to having fear and can slip out from a collar.

LucyGirl also has a fear of travelling in the car and feels safer in a crate but I’m sure she will conquer her fears as time goes on and will soon be able to travel without a crate.

Lucy loves being around other dogs so a home with another dog would be great, especially to give her more confidence with walks, and being a little braver overall.
