Pigeon has got puppy energy and a love for playing with other dogs or humans. He’s got quite the ‘happy-go-lucky’ attitude and is often seen with a big smile on his face! Whilst in foster care, he’s been working on his manners and is quick to learn with him already jumping up less and ‘waiting’ before eating etc. On going training and puppy school would continue to make him an amazing companion.

A combination of daily walks and stimulating activities work best for Pigeon. He needs his own toys to chew on, otherwise he creates his own fun. He has a tendency to dig somewhat; but with redirection and maturity it will likely improve.

During his time in foster care, Pigeon has been crate trained. His toilet training is good once he’s settled into his environment. He’s non-reactive to more aggressive dogs and loves medium-large dogs he can run around with and wrestle. Not tested with children or cats. He’s not a resource guarder with his food and benefits from using a ‘slow feeder’. He’d be well suited to a multi-dog household but also would be fine being an only dog too!

Pigeon is a very well natured and sweet boy who’s eager to please and ready to become a part of your family.
